Empowering Women Through Our Catering Project at The Way

We are excited to share the success of our Women-Only Catering Project, recently held at The Way. This initiative provided an opportunity for women in our community to come together, learn valuable culinary skills, and explore the world of catering in a supportive, women-only environment.

Throughout the project, participants gained hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes, learning everything from menu planning to food presentation. Guided by experienced chefs, the women not only improved their cooking abilities but also explored potential career paths in the food industry.

Beyond skill-building, the project fostered a sense of community, giving women a space to connect, collaborate, and share their personal experiences. Many participants expressed how empowering it was to learn in an environment dedicated to their growth and development.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part and excited to see how this project will help women explore new opportunities, whether in professional catering or simply enhancing their personal skills.
